SMS Consent Communication
Phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process are used to provide the communications described in these terms.
SMS opt-in information and phone numbers collected for the purpose of SMS communication will not be shared with any third parties or affiliate companies for marketing or promotional purposes.
Types of SMS Communications
After you consent to receive text messages from Geo Star GS Inc, you may receive conversational and informational messages related to:
- Vehicle transportation quote follow-ups and coordination.
- Responses to questions and inquiries in real time.
- Transport booking and account updates.
- Appointment, pickup, delivery, or document reminders.
- Vehicle transit tracking and status updates.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and transport activity. You may typically receive 2–5 SMS messages per customer per transport request regarding quote coordination, appointments, pickup or delivery, transit status, or account updates. Active conversations or changes to a transport request may result in additional messages.
Potential Fees for SMS Messaging
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for each message sent or received. Charges vary based on your carrier's pricing structure, mobile plan, and whether a message is sent or received domestically or internationally. Geo Star GS Inc does not set or collect carrier messaging charges.
Opt-In Method
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Geo Star GS Inc through this method:
- By actively checking the optional SMS consent checkbox and submitting the online quote form.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS messaging from Geo Star GS Inc at any time by replying STOP to any received SMS message. After opting out, you will receive no further SMS communications unless you choose to opt back in. You may opt back in at any time by replying START.
